Prices do not include a flat-rate of € 75 per person for cleaning at the end of your stay and € 15.00 per person for bed linen.
Special arrangements can be made for longer stays (e.g. over four weeks in the off season).
Electricity and heating charges are included in the rent, telephone charges will be settled separately on the basis of an itemised bill.
Room service (daily or weekly) available on request.
